Default Apple Brined Smoked Turkey

Just pulled this off the Party! I cannot get over how good it looks, and how quick it cooked. 12.4 pounds took 2 hours at 325!

That turkey looks good enough to eat! My brined turkeys always cook much faster than non-brined turkeys.

A chunk of cherry and a chunk of apple. I could not decide so I went with both.

Good choice! I like the flavor of apple and the color of cherry.

Great looking Turkey, Larry!

Yes. I followed this recipe. http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/turkey6.html

It tasted very good. I have to say that the Turkey I buy at Greenberb for the holidays set the gold standard for me. http://www.gobblegobble.com/

I wish I knew their secrets.
