Default Boneless Pork Butt

Snagged a single boneless #6.15 pork butt. Rubbed it with Simply Marvelous........Sweet Seduction rub. Rested on counter for about an hour.
Went in the Big Steel Keg around 10 am. Had to run errands early this am.
Foiled at 4 pm and added a half can of cola as we had no apple juice. Pulled at 6 pm and put into the oven set at 150 degrees for about and hour.

Sides were brussel sprouts, rice and some beans and a dinner roll.
Fine meal for wifey and me.

Thanks for looking!

Hey Bull.. That looks great...

but I have to ask... Any reason to why the majority of the rub is on the fat cap ?

The other side is totally covered in rub. We had to go to another town to assist a family member. By the time I got home I was behind schedule and did not have time to trim that cap down. It was not all that thick.
Sure ate good though!

That's a mighty good looking plate. That sweet seduction is fantastic on a butt.
