UDS Final Pics - Flame Paint, Charcoal basket, Shelf

Wow! Looks amazing - love the paint job! And what a well made charcoal basket!

That's freakin sweet. Lovin the flames. All you need is e little diamond plate and it would be perfection. Everything is cooler with diamond plate. IMO.

My son, "Huntin Smoke" made the basket during his lunch hour at work.
I made the handle last night. Practicing my welding.

You and your son are to be congratulated on your work.
(Great looking basket/Great looking UDS)
All that's missing is an 'after' photo with a little grease on the outside.
I like it... :thumb:

Time to add the finished photo to the UDS Photo Gallery thread.

Bought the header paint at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Most auto parts stores have it in spray cans. In the 2000 degree paint they have about 5 colors. It drys real fast. You should spray it with the clear to seal it. Clear is 2000 degree also. They have a 1200 & 500 degree paint too. The higher the temp, the fewer the colors. I only wanted 2. Red & black.

My son "Huntin Smoke" painted his smoker in Black & Orange. We both built our smokers at the same time.
