1st Brisket Cook
Well I took the plunge and am trying my first ever brisket, 14lb choice packer decided to join the Brisket Throwdown as well. Big thanks to Gotribe28 - he was kind enough to send me his Star Trek Brisket recipe..... so here they are before and after the flip - 3hrs in......

Seems kinda like your off to a good start. I took out a flat and will throw it in tonite. looking at your side pic makes me wish I took out the packer because I would like some burnt ends............. Cook it to probe tender, give it a nice rest and good eatin..........
