Hey Guys, Just found this site. I have been smoking meat here in Arizona for about 5 years. I just built my first UDS and it works like a charm. I have already smoked 6 pork shoulders,a turkey, and 2 racks of ribs on it. I skoke about 6 six pork shoulders and mke 12 qts of sauce every 3 weeks for my buds at work. I look forward to a long and interesting friendship with you guys.
