I think I'm gonna cook some chicken wings, some bacon-wrapped chicken breasts, along with some stuffed jalapenos (on Sunday before the Superbowl.)

2 10lb butts, a 13 lb packer, and 5lbs of beef sausage for the mother-in-law's 50th B-day on Saturday. Left overs for the game.

I'm going to cure and smoke some tasso this weekend.

Maybe a chicken on the rotisserie on Sunday. I just feel like cooking a bird and tearing it apart and eating it on that day, for some reason.
