Phubar's Wangs 'n Thangs Pron
-marinated the wings in Goya Mojo Criollo for a couple of hours
-rubbed the wings with Tony Chachere's -smoked the wings with some pear twigs -made a glaze from the lePhtover marinade,butter,brown sugar,L&P,garlic powder,onion powder,red pepper Phlakes,Japanese rice vinigar,applejuice,sesame oil,salt,pepper -salad consisted of sesame oil,Japanese rice vinigar,tomatoes,onion,grilled green asparagus,Todd's Dirt,cane sugar,salt,pepper

Great looking wings.. Asparagus is my favorite grilled vegetable.. When its in season here 4 nights a week, like fresh morels, you think you are getting sick of it, but when its over you dang sure miss it.
