Default Quick and Simple

I salt and peppered two small sirloins and cut them in half, grilled along with some marinated new potatoes and zuchini that were marinated in Italian dressing.

Thanks! They went for about 3 minutes per side at 400*, then a 10 minute rest.

Thanks! The potatoes are simple. They're just canned new potatoes, tossed in a bowl with Zesty Italian Dressing. I like using the dressing on alot of vegetables and chicken and kabobs and a variety of other things. It's a very simple marinade that really adds alot of flavor and moisture to food.
