That there my friend is some serious wings! I'd it hit it... Hell, I hit em all!!! Care to share the road map to the "Jalapeño Peach Cheddar Wings?" Sure would like to give em a try.

After seeing those I must do wings this weekend. I have some whole wings from Costco in the freezer.

Jalapeño Peach Cheddar Wings
I did not measure anything out but this is what I put in it.
1 small jar of peach preserves (syrup included)
1 jalapeno with a fine chop (seeds and all)
Spoon of chipotle in adobo sauce
Dash of hot sauce
Squirt of honey
Small swig of Jim Beam
Shredded cheddar cheese
Dash of olive oil
salt and pepper
I dry rub the wings then grilled. Put the sauce on the grill next to wings to heat up. I started to baste the wings after the 1st side was done. It can still be tweaked some but man they were very good.
