Trim For Breakfast ?
I've been seeing this bag of spare rib flap meat and ends every time I get into the freezer, so last night I thawed a few pieces out in the fridge, then grilled it for breakfast in the Smokey Joe Tallboy ....... dang, it was good to the last bite.
