It's been awhile since I've posted. (keeping too busy and I need a twin or a clone to help out. :redface:)

I have been smoking a few things though.

a breakfast fatty using my favorite filling, hashbrowns, onions, cubed ham, cheese and jalapeno...

used my piston and chilled the filling while rolling out the sausage..

sliced and placed on a toasted engish muffin...

topped with an easy over egg and drizzled with hollandaise...

I'm abandoning this thread and I ain't coming back...this is pure torture looking at this,especially in the morning when you're eating dry bread with cheese!:tsk:
 
Wow, great lookin' fatty! That's one of the neatest bacon weaves I've ever laid eyes on. That last picture sure does make a person drool!

OMG this girl sure can roll a tight fatty. :shocked::thumb::cool: How the heck can you get your bacon weave so tight?:confused:

And I have a name for your latest concoction. I call them Eggs Fattydict. :heh: They looked great but where's the hash browns to soak up the extra hollandaise sauce? I guess you just use the ones inside the fatty. Looked awesome as usual Jeanie. :cool:

Do you cook your hashbrowns first? What type of tube did you use to get your sausage roll?
