Took some leftovers and made some loaded nachos.
Grilled pork chops, chorizo, couple fried potatoes, avocado, cilantro, hot sauces, couple different chesses, fresh squeezed lime and topped with a fried egg.

Holy ch*t, I need to broaden my horizon for nachos! I've always been a strictly cheese, tomato, lettuce, black olives and jalapenos, lol.

That looks amazing!
 
I’m confused, my invitation must of been forgotten. That is a great plate of nachos
 
That is something similar my wife would do on occasion, clean out all the leftovers and use them in a dish, but her creations never looked anything like that. Well done!!
