Veal Shoulder
Long time since I posted a cook but that doesn't mean I haven't been active, just lazy!
Here's a veal shoulder on the kettle: McCormicks Montreal Steak Indirect, aiming for 300F Thanks for looking.

Thanks all for the kind words.
There's been a trend in the UK of raising the male calves from dairy farms to an age you can get a decent amount of meat from them (instead of shooting them on the spot). This means there is more veal about and because it's not raised in the dark it is slightly redder (they call it 'Rose Veal' sometimes to distinguish it) it has better animal welfare as an animal isn't born just to be killed within hours.
