I had been emailing Melinda and she told me as of 8-24, there were about 50 teams registered so far.
We'll be there. We're bringing our camper there and I was told that we could park on Thursday night in the parking lot- has anyone done this before?
**Yes, we are up at 6:00 am (actually, 4 am) on a Saturday, at a friend's house, with a brisket on the smoker for a party. - whose idea was this anyway?

Just a heads up, if you are going to dover and want a hotel room for saturday night, book now, most hotels are already full, its Homecoming weekend. We just got booked. Just thought I'd pass it along.

Does anyone know if you can park in the Dover Downs lot with your camper on Thursday night for the Dover competition?

Thanks Sal - I was just wondering if we could get there on Thursday night so we don't have to leave the house so early on Friday - especially since we're 95% sure we'll be able to have the camper with us.
You're right though, for the most part you don't know til you get there.
