One of the best mistakes I ever made was ordering a green chile cheeseburger at a local joint in Buena Vista Co. I received a Slopper. Good stuff

It's not all that hard to make. And it was delicious! The hardest part was waiting for the green chili to finish cooking. Much sampling along the way made the wait a lot easier.

I've got to put that on my things I must cook list. But, I'm thinking bacon has to go underneath that patty.

The best time to eat that is after Labor Day so you won't be wearing white. I could definitely go face first into that. Great and incredible cook!!

Dayum is right, Andy. You knocked that one right out of the park. What a great looking burger. I guess you don't eat those in the car.
