Well here is the start to finish. Not bad- not my best but damn tasty for sure. I mixed it up a bit to try a few new varieties since i have a lot more room to cook with. Moving forward I will reduce the time on the initial smoke. Did the 3-2-1 method - will move to a modified 2-2-1 or so... these bones pulled out and lost some tenderness as it may have cooked bit long. 7/10 on 1st cook. Caught a nice 3LB bass on my 2nd cast while they were smoking- good day overall.
