Default Sam's Club Butcher Paper

Hey y'all!

I'm doing a brisket this weekend and I want to wrap with butcher paper instead of foil. Sam's has Handy Wacks. Big white rolls but only $18. I got concerned because it said it has some sort of coating. What is that? Should I not use this stuff? Brethren and Sistren, please help!

After I posted this, I found another post that answers my questions. I should have looked harder. Sorry all!

It's all good! As long as it's safe to cook with, you are good!

Good luck in your cook, and share your results with everyone...
