Thighs turned out very good they were sauced in Guy Fierre KC style sauce. I have never had very good success with thighs but today I cooked these to 180 degrees internal temp and they turned out awesome. The skin was still rubbery but they were still good.

That is the Stok from Home Depot. I have only used it twice but I love it so far.
