After two cooks.
Three hour turkey breast and a 14 hr Butt cook.
I must say this is a pretty sweet cooker !
Easy to start with so little lump and with the Guru I slept like a baby with the wireless transmitter by my side to check.

Both cooks came off very moist and good eats.

I think I am going to like this.
