Well I fired up my new smoker for the first time on Tuesday night. I made my first Fatty...Wasn't bad...Used ground sausage, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, Italian cheese, and bacon. Seasoned it with some Plowboys Yardbird Rub. Wasn't bad, but can only get better from here!

Great pics. That really does look very appetizing I seriously need to do one of one these some time to see what everyone is talking about.

Looks like you did a great job!

Give a plane (no stuffing, no rub, no bacon :eek:) a shot next time and then make it into gravy for your biscuits... you'll end up making both from that point on!
 
Great job! Pretty ambitious for a first effort but you pulled it off nicely.
 
looks good. I'lltry a plain one next time then join PETF, people eating tasty fattys.
 
Looks and Sound great. I want some right now.

I have to agree on trying a naked fattie. Like I say, once you go fattie, you never go back. But using one for gravy is just wrong.
 
Hint:

For presentation, don't use colored toothpicks. They stain the meat.
