We're all trying to figure out how they do it... since we're all hauling more c/// around that you can imagine (I mean, do I really need 6 pairs of tongs? am I really so lazy that I will go through all six pairs rather than clean one pair? well... That being said, there are several teams that rent uhauls... go enjoy your first contest, make sure to introduce yourself to people, and make some friends. Typically new teams will benifit a lot more in the long run from making friends at their first contest than stressing out about their food for 24 hours.

Remember to relax... its just bbq.

That's pretty funny, I was considering purchasing a Subaru specifically for the extra room to transport my bbq stuff . Alas, I do not fit as I am too tall.

I do alright now getting around in my civic packed with my 2 WSMs + food/coolers and all that other fun stuff. I think I convinced one of my knucklehead friends to come along so if we take two cars I should be fine. My biggest issue would be fitting the table and wash buckets in addition to all the other things I will need being that there isn't an available kitchen present.

Relax? It's just bbq? hehe I'll try to keep that one in mind

Willy,

When do you think the website will be updated? Things like directions for out of towners, prize fund, contest layout and activities would be helpful for prospective teams or judges to see. I'm not pushing anything but it may help. I have some web and HTML experience if you need help.

Guy,

If you have the tools (graphical HTML editor), any help would be terrific.

EVERYONE - aside from Guy's suggestions, any more??

Guy - PM me with your contact info and we'll see how we can get things going.
