I've tried the Charlie Alcala Fajita Marinade..................this Conviction Dip needs a closer look too!

I can tell you what the tweaks are ... you are asking about the smoked/fried ribs.... now know as Housequake, right?
They came out great.... but there is an oddball tweak that should be done to make them perfect. PM and Ill tell you now. |

I'm talking bout the chicken! I want to make a huge batch of that bird for my son's birthday party. I'm thinking the Conviction Dip will take em all over the edge. But....the rib tweaks are welcome too. I can wait till you are ready to share with all of us. I was thinking Col. Sanders in an all purple suit.............
