Default End of the season

I just finished prepping for tomorrows last cook before Easter. Three loins for Canadian bacon two briskets for pastrami and a full rack of rib. You know where I'll be tomorrow. BTW the ribs were packed by Hormel and the membrane had already been removed. Go figger.
