Default BBQ Egg-rolls (pr0n)

THis weekend I decided to try something new with some left over pulled pork I had. I made a vinegar based slaw and took the pork rolled it in an egg-roll wrapper, fried and and voila. BBQ egg-roll.

The family loved them.

BBQ, slaw and wraps

Putting them together

Fried and ready to eat

The final product

Those are always a good dish to make; I also like to make them with "Spring Roll
Wrappers" too. (Rice Paper)

Those look great BTW.

Is that a Winnie the Pooh bowl?

I have a similar one, but mine is Dora the Explorer.

Looks great!

Yes it is. It held the water to moisten the egg-roll wrap flap to hold it closed.

Yep! I'd hit those. We've also done the eggroll thing with smoked jalapenos, lump crab and cream cheese.
