Default Velveta, Brisket and Ro-tel

threw some cheese dip together to watch the world cup final
i bar of velveta pepper jack
one can of rotel hot tomatoes
one cup of brisket from yesterday
just zap the cheese until melted then mix in the brisket and ro-tel

one happy group eating it

That is a great idea. I put crumbled Jimmy Dean sausage in my Rotel dip, but either brisket or pulled pork should be awesome.

I usually make mine with ground beef or ground pork or both and usually add some jappy slices as well. I have to try the leftocer brisket or PP next time. Thanks for the post and idea.
