Looks absolutely gorgeous! However, I can tell just from the color of the injection that you did not use your "secret ingredient" in the injection like you suggested. You thought you could fool us by making our minds link the secret ingredient to the inject, didn't you? I know better. You used that secret ingredient as a mop! I bet it smelled good too!

All Plated Up. Pulled Pork Picnic, Drizzled with Big N8's Smoking Pot Habanero Sauce, Delightful Baked Tater Tots seasoned with Hawaiian Sea Salt, (Thanks to Keale), Drizzled with some fine Tomato Catsup, a serving of Amish Sweet Slaw, and finally, a few slices of Bread and Butter Pickles.
