New Custom Santa Maria BBQ Chuck Wagon Build

That is an awesome grill. Great job, looks like the hard work paid off

Love watching these builds! Very nice!

That thing is waayyy cool! How do you transport it? It looks heavy!

I transport it on a penske stakebed. We have a forklift at our warehouse and now that I have just got the wagon wheels the frame that I put underneath it is designed to be cradled by the forks. Once its on site I back up another truck with a lift gate and bring it down and pull the truck away.

I think the total weight is just about 220 pounds. Thats what the calculations were when I weighed each individual wheel. But the scale was a bathroom one so maybe under 300 pounds. Here are the pics of the finished product. Excuse the sawdust everywhere, I was building portable hand sinks for catering and it was windy and all the sawdust went everywhere.

That is just farking stellar! I have GOT to build me one of those!!!

Love it! You do nice work!! :thumb:

Just lift and turn, HAHA, Its not that heavy, I can lift it can move it around. At the warehouse it's on a wood dolly so the pallet jack can move it around.
