Default Trophy Shot of my....

...brisket. There are awesome cooks and great photographers here at The Brethren. I almost felt like one of them, almost. It’s the blend of woods and a kiss of mesquite and a crazy good Choice Brisket. Only two ways off a high horse. Fall off or Knocked Off. Think Ill continue to hang with the advanced beginners. They know me there.
Happy Jack-The Who

If that Brisket tastes as good as it looks, and I am sure that it does, You Sir are miles past "advanced beginner" !
