Building this thing ended up being a great decision...it holds heat rock solid, heavy duty and love grilling and searing on it. I highly recommend folks making one...the pot is on Ebay

Yep that's it...might be a tad cheaper on Ebay, it's worth a check.

Oh heck yea it's worth it, It's a great grill and a awesome smoker. Way less then the WSM and does lots more.

he's out west traveling and living in an RV so no more block party. we were just talking about his Notre Dame mini the other day. I think he kept it. I've been threatening to build one for when I travel for work...they fit in a 5 gallon bucket
