It's been awhile...
i haven't been over here much lately but i've still been smokin'!
did my first pastrami last weekend. it came out well but could have used more black pepper. the sandwich was killer though! just pulled this shoulder off about 30 mins ago. it's resting now. the little bit i tried tasted good, can't wait to have a big ol' sandwich and a nice cold brew!
