Brockport BBQ & Music Fest July 31 and August 1

Still looking for competition teams for KCBS Saturday July 31, NEBS Sunday August 1st, and Chili Cook Off Sunday July 1st. If you haven't yet registered please do so as the deadline is June 15th. If you want to do all three contest put a note on the registration form found at www.brockportbbqfest.com and I will give you the all three deal that has expired!

We could use another food vendor or two, and a few more merchandise vendors if you have BBQ related products. Our event is part of the 15th annual Brockport Summer Arts Festival which draws around 30,000 people annually so we think their is money to be made!! We are doing over 250 TV spots, plus radio, print, social media etc. I think if the weather holds we will have HUGE crowds. We are the only contest East of Indiana that weekend!

If you plan on registering but may not get it in by the 16th please shoot me a note to let me know!

How many teams are you up to so far?

To date I have only four teams registered. I have verbal commitments from a handful of others probably 10-11 in all. The $50 cleaning deposit will be given back after your site is taken care of at the end of the event. It was a requirement by the landlord.
