Default Spare Ribs

Did my first ribs in the Bandera on Sat. Sorry no Prons this time.

In laws were here for the weekend and wanted me to do Q for them. Had a rack in the freezer so I thawed them and used my own rub on them overnight in the fridge.

Then used the 321 method, a first for me. Just Plain Yummy is all I can say. I used to think I made good ribs, but these were Awsome, IMHO

Dad in law never likes anything and he went back for thirds!

I had been telling them what a Fatty was and he looked at me like I was crazy. Italian sausage? Are you sure it's cooked? I had a leftover in the freezer so made it for him for Sun. Breakfast. Another first, he took the rest of it home with him.

I have to thank all of you in this forum for teaching me things I never dreamed of.

Jim

Ain't that the truth?!

Your time will come...

In the meantime, glad to hear how well it worked out for you!

Glad it worked out! I've never tried 3-2-1 but may have to. My learning from this site has greatly improved my end results too!

It sounds like you've crossed a border when father-in-law changes his eating habits - congratulations!
