Default smoked mmmmmeatball subs......

i had a craving for meatballs subs, so i decided to kill that craving this past weekend.....

the meatballs are fresh ground chuck and ribeye and were made with fresh herbs. the marinara was also from scratch and we used gruyere for the cheese. the bread was from our vietnamese/french bakery..... the sub was finished with baby arugula and fresh basil.
