I just got back from Ponca City Oklahoma and the Cookshack Fast Eddy's cooking course. It was great. Well worth the trip and the money. Even though I am an experienced competitor I learned a few new tips.Especially the use of Miracle Whip. Paul from Head Country was there and demonstrated a style 180 degrees different from Eddy's. Got a tour of the the Cookshack plant and one of Head Country's 30,000+ sq ft warehouse. I never realized how big an operation they were. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
