Default Brisket is done

Trying new brisket rubs. This is one i made up. Turned out pretty good but think I will resort back to my go to rub. This one had a little more kick than I wanted and not enough pepper. Either way it will be a good supper. Took te burnt ends and put them in my bbq beans.

Nice, but it looks a tad dry, is it? Very good color in the smoke ring.

Yeah it was a little more dry than I wanted but not to terrible. The UDS temp jumped on me when I went into town for a minute an it temped out sooner than I expected. I was able to save it though. Not my best brisket but the wife gave me an approval.
