Popped my pastrami cherry!!
Ok that was a really cool cook!!!
let me start by saying I don't like Rubin's and corned beef has never done anything for me and I have never had pastrami. Wife love's Rubin's. She texted me the other day asking me to make pastrami. Sure just remember our deal! Never make fresh sauerkraut in our house!!! Here we go It's on Brothers Done! I had to try it WOW!! Ok off too the fridge When I got home today it was time for the rice cooker I know the above pic looks funky but don't worry I think about 1.5 hrs later we have this I know the pics suck but holy crap!!!! I never impress myself. I'm always thinking could I make this better? but I knocked this out of the Farking ball park! Oh wifey wants a sammy She likes her 1000 island on the side When she told me it has to be one of the best things I have ever made I almost felt a tear welling up Wait!!!!!!! Really for 20yrs you love my Q and this is the best LOL Oh side note As I'm carving Wife said" You know you just farking nailed brisket point" I I never thought about that

Beautiful, I started 2 weeks ago with a brisket, corned it and then dry aged it and then smoked it. The best ever part is I know everything that's in it.
