Thank you everyone, I think based on what I've heard I'm going to add the 5x8 pellet maze to the list, that way I can use dust if I ever need to.

I have all three - tube, pellet and dust, they work great for different things though the pellet maze would cover everything.
I use the tube in my MES, the pellet for must everything and the dust for long light cold smokes. Bacon comes to mind. Great products!
