2021 BBQ Brethren Chicago Area Mid Winter Lunch

Hi gang!

Normally by this time of the year we are all anticipating the annual BBQ Brethren Chicago Area Mid Winter Lunch! Unfortunately, with the restrictions in place in Illinois I don't see any way that we are going to be able to get together this year :(

Hopefully things will be close to normal and we can get together over the summer, and if things ease up yet this spring I can look at doing something before then!

Thanks for understanding, and, most importantly, thank for NOT bringing politics into this thread!

Riiiiight..... You just don't want people to know that you're on the payroll of the Principality of Lichtenstein and were told not hold any BBQ gatherings. I hear we'll be having a gathering soon to learn to cook Käsknöpfle.

Was afraid that this was gonna happen. My wife thinks I'm crazy to want to go to Chicago in the winter but I think it would be a blast to hang with y'all farkers again.

Hopefully we can get back to normal gatherings soon.
