We got wings in the EVOO/Habenero Death Dust right now!
It's amazing how pronounced the smell of the celery comes through right when you open the pouch. I love celery as an herb and use it in my cole slaw. I'm going to make some but now, instead of using the sriracha for the heat, I think I'll add some of this rub to the mix.
