My nephew, who just turned 14, just passed the ServSafe Manager's test.
Earlier this summer he placed 2nd in BBQ contest that had lots of backyard guys and 5 or more KCBS teams. Boy has some skills so watch out. (Of course I am bragging) |

Great! Tell him to get a business degree, when he burns out
in restaurant work, he can either open his own place, or get another business related job, which might be outside of food service. |
