I tried these a coup;le weeks ago. Taste was good, but, not as tender as I wanted. Chewy?

I thought I would try again .

Basic two. 250-300 until buttery probe.

They are now at 150F. Came up faster than I wanted.

Should I foil them?

No...don't foil...no need. Just watch them and when they're ready they will tell you (via probing). I sell a lot of these and never foil.
