I don’t have a temp...went indirect on kettle with bottom vents closed halfway for about 35-40 mins. Then threw them on direct for a few minutes (just cause). When totally done just tossed in a bowl and served.

May never do wings another way again

The last three games have been painful. Those wings would made it better.

Question .... see you used corn starch .... I think others have used baking powder .... have you ever compared which works better ? btw ... looks amazing ..
