Messing with baby backs...
So I had a couple of racks of ribs laying around and decided to do something different just to try it out.
I just sprinkled them with salt, rosemary, hot chili powder and brown sugar. The result was WAY better than I imagined they would be. I think I've got my new "rub" recipe now. Attachment 171398
