• Steak & Beans
Hey everyone, I was breaking down a 20lb beef top round for a different cook and I decided to season up the steak on the outside of the top round and cook it up. We were hungry!
Seasoned it simply with some of my savory rub and seared it over indirect. Very flavorful. Just had it with some steakhouse beans. Seasoned lightly (Here it is rolled up): Cooked direct: I let it rest for 15 mins: Then sliced it against the grain and served up with the beans with a little Au jeux over the beef . Was a pretty good chefs treat! Well that was dinner tonight! Thanks for looking! Cheers
