Default Asian Stir Fry Ham with Pron

I tried this last night and it was very good. I have done this with leftover brisket and it would work great with chicken, etc. To top it off, it's very healthy as the core recipe came out of a fitness book my wife has.

Anyway, here was the original smoked ham:

I used garlic, cabbage, onions, spaghetti, crushed red peppers as the main ingredients. I added some Srarchai sauce to my plate for some heat.

Takes 30 minutes and all that really needs to be done with the meat is just to warm it up and blend with the other ingredients.

So, here's the pron:

Thanks for looking.

P.S. I'm eating this again tonight and the kids love the ham. So, I need to smoke up another ham for dinner, sammies, etc.

I came across that Sriracha about two years ago and now I can't go without it in any asian food I cook. It's great on kielbasa also.

Sriracha is good on just about everything. I like to use Ramen noodles in my stirfried dishes, kind of like lo mein and they are ready in just a few minutes. I just use the noodles and toss the little chicken flavor bomb in the trash. Looks really good.
