No lettuce in class. I guess we should have included it, but we didn't. Too bad in a way, the seagulls would have loved it.

Yeah, accidentily added that to my class pix. Those were leftovers from a tri-tip roast a couple months ago (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...t=20763&page=2). Caramelized onions, thin sliced beef (dipped in the juices) and lots of horseradish on fresh Challah(?) rolls.

I am looking forward to taking one of those classes. I don't think you can learn enough about cooking. I will buy a cookbook for just one little technique. I will also sit in Barnes and Nobles for hours with a pad and pencil just to get info.
Glad you had the opportunity to participate in Paul's class. I think he is going to have next years classes posted just after the new year.
