Sabana de Res
Hello all. I was just in the local WallyWorld and came across this thinly sliced steak labeled Sabana de Res. Just curious if any of you have tried it. A brief Googling indicated it might be used in tacos or fajitas or perhaps Sabana de Res is an entirely different dish.

It is a thin cut off of the thin end of boneless a rib roast. Looking on a couple of sites they make what sounds like really good sandwiches. The one I saw they marinate it in a Mexican BBQ sauce then grill it and serve on toasted bread.
