1st Brisket attempt

I'm going to try my 1st Brisket and smoke it tonight. I have to have to serve it at 3pm tomorrow. It's about an 11 pounder that I have seperated the point and flat to fit on the LGE. When should I start it!!

I wanted to post the pics of the butt I cooked with the bretherens help. Man it was goooood!

I'd start it @ midnight, when done let rest in warm cooler. Better to be ready if you have guest expecting to eat.
 
Thanks! I'll get some pics too! Gonna smoke and then transport it to my brrothers place for the annual Barb-b-que.
 
If the brisket looks as good as that pulled pork, you'll have a winner.

Pretty much agree with Norco's instructions.
