Default Cheese steaks Willacoochee Ga style.

okay so i know its not authentic philly style cheesesteaks but i cooked with what i had and it ended up being pretty damn good.
some Milanesa marinated in stubbs texas steakhouse then put on the Weber

sauteed some onions and peppers green peppers in evoo.

Had to use velveeta cause i didnt have any cheez wiz

All put together and did I say Damn good just in case I'll say it again Dayum Good

Other than the green peppers, I'd say that's pretty close to Authentic Philly style.
i believe the technical classification of that sandwich would be "Whiz Wit".
By the way, most restaurants don't use actual Cheez Whiz either. It's usually some generic melting cheese sauce that comes in a big old #10 can. Often times you'll see the whole can sitting right there on the flat top.
