Fireball Cinnamon Pineapple - Anyone tried this?

I've done a Fire Ball watermelon before. Looks like Pineapple is next! :mrgreen:
 
I have! It was good. I served it as a side dish and some people liked and some didn't.
I was on the fence. Next time I make it will be as an ingredient in something else. Like a slice of it on a pork chop, or in a teriyaki sauce, something like that.
 
I've done it and recommend it. I spun two of them on my 22.5" WSM with the Cajun Bandit rotisserie attachment, tasted really good with the caramelized brown sugar and cinnamon flavor from the whiskey.

I am going to give it a try, I think it's really hard to improve the already perfect flavor of roasted pineapple (LOL).



Definitely worth a try, and the outcome may invoke me to try other liquors like 43 with it's sweet vanilla after-tones.
 
Growing up making home made ice cream Mom like it with pineapple and peaches. Fireball Pineapple home made ice cream. I need coffee
